Messaging authentication
Posted Oct 11, 2024
We have a HelpCentre that requires users to sign in and be authenticated. We added a messaging bot but it does not read the Help centre articles because users are not authenticated in messaging. The first authentication doesn't talk to the other. We've been given a very complex solution involving JWT tokens and a lot of work form our end. We've been told Zendesk are going to fix this issue next year. Do you know when this will happen?

Please come up with a simple implementation to authenticate/validate signed in users. The process mentioned about creating JWT & etc is a vast project.
Ideally if someone has signed in on Helpcentre then those details should be auto captured.
