Are there any improvements planned to bring reporting data in real time? Today the API brings data with a delay of one day and this does not completely meet our needs.

Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate your interest in our developments. In 2025, we will be implementing some improvements to the WFM API, including enhancements to provide more real-time data. While we are still determining which quarter this development will take place, it is definitely a priority for us.


What data do you think would be most valuable for us to prioritize for real-time access via the API? I’m thankful in advance for your input!

I would like to pull WFM data, specifically to retrieve attendance reports for agents within the WFM system. Could you please guide me on where I can find the relevant Public API that I can use to extract this data via API?

Hi Reza!

I just sent you an email with some details. For the specific attendance information you can check the default report on reports page that's called Agent Attendance (in the request URL you need to add the template ID 76ca87cf-b433-4014-b95c-ca2afee0d59a),
