Restricting amount of hours per day agent can be schedule for one task

We would like to have a feature where we could restrict amount of hours agent is assigned to one tasks. This is most relevant when during auto scheduling some agents assigned to work whole day with calls while others not. We would like to balance load for the agents through ability to have only certain amount of hours assigned.
