Allowing localization responses in a Messaging webwidget

Hello.

 

Writing to share feedback and a request. We use a Messaging web widget which we chose not to include a bot. We're using the default responses configurable in the widget settings. The problem is that we want it to be localized, but there's no option for it in the general settings.

 

The widget is embedded in our HelpCenter. When an end-user visits a different locale in the HC, the widget becomes a mixed affair of some components translated, and other in English.

 

In my opinion, this would easily be configurable if all visible components in the widget could be set with dynamic content placeholders, for example.
