Select and change multiple Activities in one go.

We frequently have agents that should be tracking on a task, which needs them to look at tickets on Zendesk. To accurately track these tickets as time spent on a task, I then have to go through their activity and change each ticket to the correct task. This can often result in me having to change tens to hundreds of activities one by one. It would be very helpful to be able to select which activities I would like to change and then set them to the same task in one go.
