Disable prompt when changing agent chat status

Hello,

I would like to have the option to disable the following prompt when changing one's chat status to ‘invisible.’ When the prompt pops up it does not let an agent go invisible until they have selected the prompted message that states ‘Go Invisible’.  

I am concerned that agents may unintentionally step away from their desks before selecting the prompt leading to a missed chat. 

I reached out to support and they advised that the only way this can be disabled is to remove ‘operating hours’ altogether, which simply does not work for our call/chat center.
