Mehrere Mitarbeiter im gleichen Deal/Lead oder E-Mail

Probleme, wenn zwei Personen den gleichen Deal, Lead oder E-Mail bearbeiten, da sie den anderen Agenten, der ebenfalls bearbeitet nicht sehen.

 

In Zendesk sieht man zum Beispiel, wenn eine zweite Person im gleichen Ticket ist.
