Requesting Feature to Include Specific Attachment Settings for Email Triggers

Currently, Zendesk email triggers are set up so that either all emails include attachments or all emails don't include attachments. Requesting the ability to have some emails include attachments and some emails not include attachments without having this tied to the public reply placeholder.

Currently, the placeholders available for including attachments or not are tied to the public reply placeholders. Refer to: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408886858138-Zendesk-Support-placeholders-reference#:~:text=ticket.latest_public_comment_html,excluding%20any%20attachments. Requesting an option that would allow attachments to be excluded from emails without having to send the public reply in the email which still allowing attachments to be included in other emails.
