Hi Ueda ,

Even though I am not able to speak Japanese, I hope I can be of some assistance.

Zendesk Webhooks have an event for user subscription to an article, so maybe you could use this to help send a message?

May I also ask, what is the nature of the message that you would like to send you users?  Is it something like a confirmation that they subscribed to the article, or are you looking to initiate further contact with them?  For example, you could use this webhook to create a ticket in Zendesk, and then with the user information you could further follow up with them.

Please let me know if this is helpful, or if you have any more details that could help to clarify.

Hi James ,

Thank you for your comment.
The articles I am creating do not use the comment feature and are only accessible to signed-in users. Additionally, signed-in users are tagged according to the services they use.
This time, I want to send a service introduction email when a signed-in user views an article related to a service they do not use (i.e., a tag they do not have).
Therefore, I checked the functionality of Zendesk Webhooks, but there is no event based on viewing a specific article.

Thank you for your response.

Ueda -san,

In your case, because users are signing in to the Help Centre in order to view the articles, I think it may be possible to use custom code to accomplish your goal.  I'm not sure about your team's familiarity with modifying Javascript code, but the Zendesk Help Centre allows you to access the source code and update it to do custom actions (see here for more detail).

So basically, you could use Javascript to create a ticket on behalf of the user whenever they read the articles that you have defined.  Then you can use the ticket to control sending of the email.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or need further help with this.  You can comment here or feel free to send an email to our team support@easternlogic.hk.

Cheers ~
