Pulling out Old Zendesk reports

Dear Zendesk Product Team,

 

I wanted to bring up a feature request regarding the ability to pull historical reports and dashboards, particularly those created before 2023. After checking the platform and reaching out to support, I learned that there is no current option to retrieve these old reports. This lack of functionality means that we have to manually recreate or pull these reports each time, which can be quite time-consuming.


Given the importance of these historical reports in maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient workflows, I kindly request that Zendesk consider adding a feature that would allow users to retrieve or export old reports and dashboards. 

This feature would save significant time and effort, especially for users who rely on historical data for analysis and reporting.
