Ticket Preview (Hover Feature)

When hovering over a ticket subject - the preview window does not adjust to displaying the preview window above the mouse when you are at the bottom of the window; instead the preview window goes below the end-of-page and I cannot preview the ticket.

Same issue. Would like to know if there is a way to resolve this issue.
