Atualização de status na conversa paralela via e-mail

Olá, galera! Trazendo uma ideia de melhoria que está fazendo falta ao nosso time de CX: atualização de status após retorno por e-mail via conversa paralela. Não podemos gerar o ticket filho em alguns casos, e apenas abrimos uma CP para trocas de e-mail, mas não conseguimos ter visualização do retorno sem precisar entrar no ticket.
