Ability to sort views specific to groups

The documentation here:  Accessing and using the Views admin page – Zendesk help Indicates that “If your list is filtered by a specific group, you may not be able to reorder it.”   

This is a request to allow views that are available to a specific group to be sorted, just like one can with Personal Views.  Currently the ability to move views that are specific to a group is grayed out, even for an Admin.
