Ticket search to include both custom ticket fields as well as ticket conversation text

Hello and good morning from a cloudy Denmark!

I have a product update feature request. 

 

When my customer goes into their previous tickets and try to search for a parameter that was applied to a previous ticket, they can not find it if it was not mentioned in the ticket conversation text but instead only specified in a customer ticket value. 

This is causing confusion by the customer as they expect to be able to search for parameters across the entire ticket data set. 

They can find it if they use the filter function, but only if the search string was deleted from the search box first. If the search string is still in there, the filter function does not work and they are left with no results. 

Very confusing and not a good customer experience. 

 

So all in all I would like to have customer ticket values to be incorporated in the search function so the customer can search for a key word and it will show up in the search results.
