Fully customizable and consistent password requirements

Hello,

we have a new and very restrictive password policy (enforced by reglementation). Now, our passwords must be of at least 15 characters instead of 12 before.

I wanted to set this new limit up in Zendesk, but the system does not allow me to define more than 13 characters as a minimum.

I don't get why I could not set the value I want here. I'd like this dropdown be replaced by a number field, where I can set the value I want.

Besides, it's event worse for the end users, I can not customize the requirement.

Again, I don't understand why I can't, and why it is different from the agent authentication.
