    updated_at vs. edited_at

    In an article object, what is the difference between "updated_at" and "edited_at"? Would edits occur without an update? Or vice versa?

    Enterprise: Multiple brands and one with Help Center

    If I have multiple brands, how can I enable tickets to be submitted without enabling the Help Center?  Also, can I change the "anybody can submit tickets" per brand?
