Hi Leo Ostigaard, thanks for your feedback. I have logged this request for future consideration. We have been tracking similar request to extend the custom field types supported with Zendesk AI agents. Once this is supported with Zendesk messaging more broadly, we will consider extending their use for AI agent data capture also. In the meantine, you might consider Ultimate, Zendesk's advanced AI agent solution for solving these use-cases.

Hi Juliane Knobloch, thank you for this feedback. This request is clear, however extending the Zendesk AI agent custom translation feature to support to options and buttons is not currently planned on the roadmap. For full customization and control over AI agent translations, you might consider Zendesk's Ultimate advanced AI agent solution.

Hi all, thanks so much for this thoughtful feedback. We will take note of these suggestions. It isn’t currently possible to train the bot in this way, or create an exclusion list of phrases. You can find some best practices for using training phrases here. And if you have an intent model, we recommend assigning a pre-trained intent to an answer flow, which should result in improved matching compared to relying on training phrases. Another option worth considering is Ultimate.ai, which provides some of the training tools suggested in this thread. I will also introduce Magda Pereira, an expert on our machine learning team who may be able to provide further assistance.

Hi Alex Litoff this should already be possible today through a combination of Guide user segments and permissions and messaging JWT authentication. If a user is authenticated, the bot will respect Guide settings and only provide answers from articles the user has permission to view. Does this help?
