Tiffany Maberry , no, that't the beauty of the multiplacement. The article is updated only once on the admin side and all of the placements of it (HC Ids) are populated with the change after publishing.

Christiane Umphrey , hmm… I don't see Account settings on the screenshot you've provided. I believe it might be connected to you permission level, you probably need to be an Admin in Support to see these settings and enable the account assumption

Hi HS Richardson we have introduced alphabetical sorting of sections in the module, which I hope will help with the randomness :) 

Gill Harris , we are logging every feedback we are receiving, and yours also have been noted. We are still working on stabilizing the visibility of sections in the panel and will come back to you as soon as we have a fix.

Jay Lee I'm curious to understad more about what you experience when you say ‘section doesn’t work'? Would it be possible for you to describe how what do you do when it happens and what do you mean in detail by ‘doesn’t work'?

Andrew Schreiner Thank you for raising the issues you have with with article multiplacement. My team and I are working on fixing issues related to choosing sections, and I believe that your 3rd point should be improved by now.

Hi Tiffany, yes that's expected current behaviour of the feature. Each placement = new help center article ID, and that means that it'll have a separate URL. A separate ID is needed for e.g. tracking comments and up/downvotes on individual placements. 

Can you tell us if you'd expect a different behavior? And if so, why would a different behavior be important for your use case.
