Zendesk is now one of the first companies globally to gain access to OpenAI’s European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland endpoint. This means your organization can now access our generative AI features included in the Advanced AI add-on without worrying about your data exiting the EEA and Switzerland when it is processed by OpenAI.
Supported features include the following:
- Agent copilot (including auto assist and other generative AI tools for agents)
- Generative AI for voice
What’s changing and why?
If you have elected EEA data hosting through the Data Center Location add-on, all requests to OpenAI are now routed exclusively through EEA or Switzerland-based data centers to support your data residency compliance efforts.
What do I need to do?
For eligible customers, this update is seamlessly applied and no action is required from your side.
At Zendesk, we’re committed to ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security, and this update reinforces that commitment. If you have any questions or would like more details, feel free to reach out to your account manager.
For more information on Zendesk AI trust and security measures, please visit our AI Trust Center.

Hi Jason, glad you like the integration!
The integration shows the tickets based on email and phone number search in Support. So on a deal card, you should see all the tickets, that can be connected with the email addresses of people and companies that are associated with this particular deal.
Based on that, if you know there are some tickets missing please let us know and we will investigate.

Hello Ryo!
Notifications your sales team is receiving are handled by triggers in Support. You may want to adjust what kind of notifications are sent and to whom.
I believe that the one that makes the most noise for your team is the trigger called "Notify group of assignment". You may want to start with this one and find out if it is helpful at all in your organization, or maybe you can set the action it performs from "Email group" to "Email user" and choose "(all non-restricted agents)" as an option - it depends on your case.

Hey @...!
Thank you for your feedback. May I ask you to tell us more about the issue? What would you like to accomplish?
What would be really helpful to find out is:
- Why the distributions didn't work in your case?
- Based on what criteria will Agents assign leads? Is it location/timezone constraints, sales rep specialization, type of the request?
- Should all of your reps be available for a lead association?
Answers to those questions will be really helpful for us to understand your problem and craft a possible solution.
@... - your feedback is welcome as well of course!
