Overview
Customers have been asking for more flexibility when it comes to managing leads in Sell - and we’re listening! We are currently exploring how to make lead management easier by updating how leads are created and managed in Sell.
Current State
Today, when a user creates a lead in Sell, an object is created with a mix of opportunity information and contact data. Later it is converted into a contact and a deal. This can be limiting because the contact cannot become a lead again for additional qualification. As a result, sales teams often create duplicate leads and contacts, making it harder to keep your database organized, create new leads with existing customers, and report on your true lead creation & pipeline.
How you can help
We’d love to speak to you directly about our proposed solution for improving the current state of lead management. Your feedback will directly influence how we build the new lead experience.
