Thank you, this is excellent feedback; I have noted it and will share it with the team. Adding groups to our team member pages in Admin Center (and improving that overall flow) is one of our near-term roadmap items, so we hear you and are on it.

If you're feeling generous with your time, could you share more about your team management workflow? e.g. how often are you changing team members groups? How do you typically get team members into Zendesk?

And thank you again; detailed feedback like this is one of the ways we prioritise features and changes to our roadmap.

Thank you for your feedback. Good news; export is our current priority. You can vote on the exporting function over here, and perhaps let us know if there are any specific ways you need it to work. 

Hey there!
We're planning to add tags to the team page alongside a way for you to customise the columns, so you can change the data on this page to fit your needs. The less exciting news is that this is a fair way off, as our current priorities are exporting team members and displaying & managing groups.

All is not lost, however. While we don't yet display tags, you can use the search box to view team members by tags by typing in something like:

tags:wholesale

Where "wholesale" is the name of the tag you would like to use, this will show all of your team members tagged "wholesale". 

Heather Rommel this trick also works for custom fields. For more information, see Searching custom user and organization fields.

You can read about more advanced ways to use the search bar to view team members, see Searching users. If you are doing this frequently, you can set the search up and then bookmark the page in your browser. This will save your search so you can always get back to it later using that bookmark. You can read about more ways to find team members over here.

We are continuing to explore ways to make understanding seat use better; in addition to the panel, we're looking into filters that cater specifically to seat use and other ways we can surface license information.

The Team Members page has now been released! It includes a new Add Team Member flow that flags when users exist and give you quick next steps. It also includes a seats remaining count that will hopefully make understanding seat use clearer. This release is the first step in making team management simpler.
