Would need to create a possibility, to make various actions with pop-up windows.

For example, - in ticket added more than 3 CC's, -> Pop-up warning

Sensitive information in ticket field -> Pop up warning

In short words, make it possible to create pop-up warnings in zendesk based on criteria, same as We create triggers.

Yeah, need to enable closed ticket editing, for the most reasonable, to unassign from assignee old tickets.

Second, cases rises when the agent can not see other agent tickets in profile view, because there are more than 24'000 tickets, and then it shows "There are no tickets in this view". And it is caused by this huge amount of tickets, and the system can not proceed with it or takes a lot of time to load all tickets.

Another solution would be, to allow to make a ticket filter in profile ticket view, to shows by default only, for example, last 6 month tickets, not a full load of all tickets.

Any news? We don't have any triggers, and in events, it's shown that the end-user started a conversation.

But still, there are cases when the end-user shows as a visitor, despite that name and e-mail are required to enter, before chatting starts.

Looks good, I will use this model in various different scenarios.

For in topic mentioned specific situation, notes need to be seen all the time, for example, to write in notes, what else needs to be done, before checkmark can be added. And checkmark would add a tag, what further are involved in triggers, to proceed actions related to each checkbox.

Right now, that it's like more problem with the design, would be good enough even if "title" for notes field wouldn't be required. So notes field would be under, checkbox field.

Right now it is possible only to create a checkbox field and a notes field that is not related.

The suggestion is to make it possible to combine those fields.

For example, that next to the notes field title would appear checkbox.
