Best if you can provide some snippet of the events to further check. You're stating that there's no trigger involved on this one however, contradicts with the auto assignment.

This is somehow frustrating given that we highly depends on reporting. Insights is much better given it can hold thousands of attributes/values. Hope you can provide some sort of solution to this.

Hi Tom Skjönsberg - we are also getting the data from there however, it's kinda tedious. Hope that Zendesk Team can add this attribute in explore for easier reporting.
