Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)
The "click this button to link ticket" errors out unless there is text already in the Order# field AND the ticket has been marked as open, pending, or solved.
This happens on every ticket and over time adds unnecessary time to solve each ticket. Very frustrating.
