Feature Request Summary: 

Guide articles should have the mention function (@...)

Description/Use Cases: 

When refering to specific people in articles (such as system administrators, Subject Matter Experts, approval manager etc) it would be great to be able to mention (or pin point) users instead of writing freely. Further, it would be great also if there was a list in Guide (such as the content block list) with all articles where a specific user was mentioned

 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

This would ensure a better coherent experience for the knowledge admin teams

It would be great if I could create a child ticket and assign it to an agent directly from the macro. Now it's only possible to assign to a group so we have to enter the assignee manually

Today I need to open the previous version of an article that has been applied for review. 

It would be great to have two artcles displayed side by side. The one that was applied for review and the current published one.

This would speed up the article approval flow

The agent status is still "online" in Talk when the agent is in a chat session.

The status should be updated to away. This is problematic for team leaders who doesn't use chat (and since you also need a chat license to be able to see which agents are being served chats)
