Nope, still no Titles in downloaded charts. Really disappointing.

Also, why does downloading any charts as images take minutes? [a simple 12 month ticket resolution bar chart has just been timed at 2 minutes 16 seconds to download]

It was instantaneous when using Insights.

For anyone's benefit that has found this issue - here's the response from Zendesk (to save one of their Reps posting here):

"When exporting a query as PDF or PNG, the title is included in the file name. Unfortunately, for the moment, there's no option to add the title on the export itself. My apologies for the inconvenience.
I'm flagging this ticket as Product Feedback for our Product and Developers team to be aware of your comments, and take them into consideration for future updates."

So alas - downloaded reports/charts won't display the Chart/report name for the foreseeable future. Which is a right pain for those of us that presents data from Zendesk on a regular basis, as we'll need to spend time on copying charts to another file and create our own titles, to paste onto the chart.

Come on Zendesk, this is a real oversight! Why would you remove titles from charts?!?!?!

I've created a lot of reports in Explore but I'm finding that whenever I download a graph (as a PNG or a PDF), it doesn't show the name of the query.

Whilst I can see settings to add Axis names or Legends, there's nowhere to force the Title of the graph into the view. In Insights the title was shown as default - am I missing something?
