I would like to be able to pull one report which shows multiple assignments in one action. We have created 2 assignments per team member. This is for peer coaching, where we want to encourage others on the team to listen to and score each other's calls (we don't have a dedicated Quality Team). I want to be able to pull a monthly report of ALL assignments at once to show the participation rates each month. This is only affecting agents and admins.

 

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

This will allow us to efficiently pull data. We want to be able to see who is completing their biweekly assignments and who is not. 

 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

We are affected by this every 2 weeks, when we need to pull the data at the end of the assignment. What happens is we need to select one assignment at a time, and pull one report. The report comes in a zip file, and does not contain the name of the assignment, so we need to add that manually and piece together each report. Instead of it taking less than one minute, it takes up to 15 minutes. 

 

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

Yes, we are using screenshots and manually inputting data into a custom built report, since this is quicker for us than the current reporting option. 

 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

Ideally, you would be able to select multiple assignment names and pull them into one excel report.

Is there a search setting which would allow us to customize the page that is displayed when users search for a term that does not generate any results (ie 0 search results)?

Post Q&A - Tickets and email

Currently, our organization has a support web form which has the user input their own email to submit a request. 

We'd like to change the 'submit' button to a 'mailto' link so that instead of the button submitting a ticket to us from that email they input, it opens up their email program and they are forced to send an email (using the information that will be auto-populated from the form fields). Is this possible?

Hopefully it makes sense.
