Feature Request - Disable receiving chats when on a support phone call
AnsweredWe have our agents doing double duty, answering both chats and phone calls. We would like a way that would make an agent unavailable for chats when on an active call.

Limit agents ability to listen to recordings
AnsweredI saw some closed comments about this, Where do we stand on more granular permissions for listening to call recordings? It would be far better if only admins and maybe team leaders have this access.
