    It would be amazing if we could override the 12 views limit in the sidebar, we can fit more there and it's a shame that we can't use that space when we need it.

    Hi, It would be great if we could have a view on the tickets that we are Followers, as it's very annoying and time-consuming to have to search for the tickets that I'm following every time. Cheers,

    It would save us a lot of time and admin if there was a way to automatically merge tickets based on the ticket subject. Any chance we can make this happen with a trigger, automation or macro?
