3. Attachment size limit increase & notify agents of link instead of attachment

Very good suggestion, customer get very confused and upset of the expected strcuture of a mail , especially with expected attachments changes suddenly!

3. How to view a list of all Organizations, with the Organization fields as the columns?

Well nothing has happened apparently in 5 years, is there a way now to see a list of all organizations in Zendesk Support?
