- Display all of the tags. There is a limit of 2 tags displayed per organization--there's space to put "+1 more" but not to list the one additional tag?
- I have additional organization fields which are more important to me than "Created at" and "Last Updated". Let me chose which fields are displayed.
- Let me change (and keep set) a sort order. The default sort order is not useful to me.
- Add easier-to-use filtering.

It appears the built-in User Notes field is not reportable in Explore. My users have been adding notes to that field as they've been working on tickets in Support, and now I'd like to be able to report on that data for others to consume either in a Dashboard or exported, but it is not reportable.
