We at SoFi also would like to see this. We are dependent on our CS POC to let us know when something is coming that isn't within the Release Notes.

3. Dashboard "Updates to your tickets" mark checked

I agree with most people.  We would like a way to hide or "mark as done" (and have it go away or be archived) on the "Updates to your tickets" feature.

We also would like the ability to customize the URLs of the articles, sections, and categories. This would help out IT department map to the URLs much easier.
