We are looking to disable the out-of-the-box CSAT functionality and use a different system that will push a survey to Zendesk.  How will this affect reporting in Zendesk?  Will we still be able to report on survey results?  What is the impact of turning off satisfaction?   

Will shut down voting on the entire community or just on the specific post that these steps are executed on?

Is there a way to close the ability to vote on a community post same as you would close a post for comments?

I agree with the original poster.  At times, the best resource or SME to reply to an inquiry on a post may not have previously posted or commented in the community.  It would be nice to @mention anyone people at will.
