Not all departments in my company work within Zendesk and we need to send template emails with instructions and would like to set the requester to a specific email address.

I would like a placeholder that would work in the same way {{ticket.created_at_with_time}} but have {{side conversation.created_at_with_time}} but found that this is not possible
