Tom Dupuche I'd also like an update on this. Our org and use of Zendesk has grown significantly and we are now using Zendesk for much more than just our Support team. We've decided we need to update our default group so that any new agents are automatically in this new default group - but we have hundreds of other users that we need to move their default group to the new one and, at this point, it seems the only way to do that is by manually updating those users.

I agree with the above sentiments, editing a query name should edit the name in all dashboards (otherwise, you run into a problem where if you are trying to look up a query in a dashboard, you can't find it because it has a different name; plus as mentioned above - manually having to go into every dashboard it's used in and rename it just to sync the name properly).

Thank you, @...; though, that is not what we are looking for (we already automate scheduled task tickets), we would like this so that we can save our Agents time in creating ad-hoc tickets, but they would be created based on certain triggers/events that happen within existing tickets (they are not pre-defined tasks on a set schedule).

I would LOVE to see this feature! Apparently, it's possible via API (Creating new tickets automatically using triggers), but I just don't have the time or resources to become proficient in API right now.

Can you clarify the logic for this, am I correct in my understanding here?:
1. You edit an existing query (maybe metrics, filters, name)
2. The data in the query on the DB updates (metrics, filters), but the old name stays - so, essentially, you have the same query with 2 different names?

This is very frustrating for our team; Just as multiple users can view Reports in Insights at the same time, we need the ability for multiple users to view Queries at the same time as well. We would appreciate any assistance ZD Product team could provide to close this gap on the capabilities in Explore.
