Hi Mary, Our particular use case is to delete closed tickets after 7 years. And if that user has no other associated tickets, then delete the user too. Thanks,Gareth

Have added shredder pro and it does what we need it to. Shame it adds $50 NZD to our monthly billing for Zendesk.
