3. Add a field for "Upcoming Appointments" that can be used to filter Contacts

I definitely agree with this -- not having visibility into upcoming appointments (either my own or across the team) in the Contacts tab often causes issues with appropriate follow ups etc.

I agree! It is a very distracting feature, and should be something we can toggle off.
