    I don't see the admin role on the roles page and I don't get why? Where do I need to search for my admins in Zendesk?

  • Hide menu panel

    It would be nice to have the possibility to hide the menu panel on the left side. Sometimes I open Zendesk support & admin panel on the same screen (split-screen) if I need to troubleshoot triggers...
