I'm having trouble with Spanish (Spain)

If I want to edit the header I have to call the name of the language, but Spanish (Spain) doesn't work & European Spanish doesn't neither...

Zendesk should choose one way of displaying languages in the whole environment, sometimes its the code that is used, sometimes name, sometimes... (es-es)

Any help from someone for that spanish language ? Which name should be used ? (all other languages works fine)

You can "dig in" to see the tickets that have been assigned more than onces.
If you only want to see cases assigned more than once, just change the result starting from "2" in place of "1" (in Metric filter)

I understood this, but I want to see unique values only.

Only if this "happened" or "not happened" on a ticket.

I don't care that it was assigned 20x times to that specific group. (thats usefull for another charts, for example to analyse & solve pingpong of cases)

Any plans to change the "scheduled" dashboard in order to sent only one tab?

We have one dashboard with the same information for all countries

- Group C-Level wants to have one dashboard for all countries

- But local senior management wants to have only information from their country

 Dane, thx I was in the wrong query type.

I'm having some struggles with something maybe easy for the community.

Currently I'm looking to the cases assigned to group X.

It is working well, but when I drill in, I see that some "TICKET IDs" Aren't unique, some tickets have been assigned multiple times to that specific group.

How can I count each ticket ID as 1 in place of 2, 3,...

The default dashboard which one is it using ?

Because I have different values between the default dashboard & new dashboard... (everything was verified, filters) and the only difference value I see is the switch between UTC  to Brussels zone.

I suppose it doest the same for time filtering? But in time filtering I can't adapt the SQL.

Meaning I have a difference between the default dashboard & created dashboard, for the same filters...
