Hi Amie (successcx) - Tried it with the *** before and after, but it did not work. I sent it on the JSON as 'comment': {'body': body}, where the body is a variable holding the string. Thanks!

Can you pass this via the Ticket API? If so, that would be the syntax for bold? I tried **TEST** and it did not work. Do I need to escape the **? Thanks.

Thanks - So I did add it, but the articles are still showing up as one column, and not two. Anything else we can try or do?

I replaced the code with the latest one, and still no two columns for the KB articles.
