This solution works nicely, except if we have 1 step between two bumps. We want to reopen a ticket for an agent to call, then continue with the process. This isn't working well with the trigger that removes tags associated with this setup. Any experience with this? We can have agents managing tags manually at the end, but we would like to automatize.
