One of our agents cannot log in to RingCentral within ZenDesk. The blue "Sign In" box is missing when he clicks on the phone icon in the top-right of the Zen Support page.
Screenshot attached is from my Zen Support page where I am able to log in to RC through Zen.
Any thoughts?

Feels like this is going nowhere - but I think it's crazy ya'll haven't implemented this yet.
