This app is an excellent integration between Zendesk and Azure DevOps, which is easy to install and just as easy to use. It gives you the ability to link Zendesk tickets to new or existing Azure DevOps tickets, giving you full visibility into the Azure DevOps ticket and the possibility to add comments for the development team on Azure DevOps platform. This app allows us to bridge the gap between support and development in a very simple way. Finally, the IntegrateCloud team is doing a great job and responds very quickly to product request.
