@carsten Thank you so much for taking the time to help me by passing on this great answer from Jason (I searched and did not find!). As it happens we use UTC, so that is all good, but really appreciated you would think to reach out and help in this way!

We have a Macro with a comment and we would like to include today's date in the Macro. Is there a placeholder for today's date that we can use?

For example, the Comment reads:

We have referred this to our tech support team on {today's date} and they typically respond to clients in 1-2 hours.

How amazing is this. Originally requested in 2012, now four years later still being requested.

And as I type this, a pop up appears to the side of this topic, from Sarah Kay, Customer Support Analyst at Zendesk that says:

"We'd love your feedback about your experience in our Help Center. Please take a quick survey to help us help you!"

Well, how about Analysing this?

Knock! Knock! Zendesk. A lot of us still have heaps of respect for your great product. But when we think no one is listening, it's tempting to start looking for alternatives that offer basic functionality like what being requested here...Programmatically it would be a cinch.

Not expecting anything to happen however, I am unfollowing this topic because all I am getting is more people like me saying the same thing and getting no answer.

Is it possible to add (or if there is already one, how can you edit) a footer in every Help Centre article?

We want to add a message to every article advising how to get further assistance - just a standard message that is displayed for every article without having to edit each article to insert it.
