We found another supplier who uses Zendesk and noticed on their form, they have an editor that allows for screenshot pasting like below.

It would benefit both the end user.

Could you help clarify how we can update for our form?

Same issue also happen to us, when i manual click the refresh button.

There was a problem retrieving additional information for tickets in this view.
 
Please clarify how to automate refresh the views and tickets.
