Wouldn't that be fantastic?!
Here's a thread where a bunch of us have been asking for this since 2018. And while adding my agreement to that thread, I found a previous request from 2014, which has since been removed.
Yes please, product managers -- many many many of your users would find it extremely useful to be able to reorder their tabs. Especially if it's going to remain impossible to display the ticket topic in the tabs once we have to switch to the new agent workspace.

Amy Martindale commented,
Sadly, the link above is dead. I came here hoping to find that it was possible to change column widths as well.
Changing the width of a column based on the contents, and not allowing that to be overridden, is really obnoxious behavior. If we get a ticket with a very long description, or have one organization with a very long name, it pushes the rest of the fields off the screen. I have a 27" monitor, and even resizing my browser window to the entire width of the screen, I'm not able to see all of the fields.
I also really dislike that it means the information available in the new ticket view is constantly changing. Sometimes it's easy to see the SLAs. Sometimes it's a chore.
I'm really surprised that this isn't already a standard feature; it seems like it's just basic good UI principles.

Of course we would find that useful. Being able to group related tickets would be extremely helpful, as would being able to open a ticket in a new browser window. As it is, I have to figure out which tickets I want to group; manually open a separate browser window for them; then start opening the tickets I'm interested in.
You've got a thread here from 2014 with users requesting the same thing: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203446406-Tab-reordering-
