What are the chances to get conditional Fields?
The option to hide the fields till certain conditions are met would be perfect.
For example, we are tracking over 50 different custom fields, and not for all contacts are all 50 displayed or needed, so we would like to have an option to display only certain fields for certain agents or all together have an option to hide fields till certain conditions are met.

Currently, there is no Slack integration for Sell, we would like to have a Slack native integration where we can define triggers that would send messages to Slack, similar to what Zendesk Support has already integrated.
Important integration would contain trigers:
Deal enters the stage (output in slack can be defined via triggers)
New lead added
Contact/person/company added or updated
We run an organization where when a deal enters the stage "Invoice Request" that's when our accounting needs to send an invoice to the customer. With current set up the sales team needs to go out of Sell and into Slack where it will pass all the information to the accounting and request the quote. Creating redundancies, when all the information is already inserted in Sell. So ideally we would be able to have a trigger that is the same as the Zapier or automated trigger where automatically we can send "Deal enter the stage" trigger and get the necessary information. Zapier and Automate as well as tray.io have long wait times for automation to work (when it works) so the native connection would be better

The lead source should be carried to Contact. Every company wants to have documentation where their clients are coming, and if they want to have any kind of idea on what is actually working and resulting in leads that are successful and who eventually became customers. This is an important data point for the sales team and their cooperation with marketing for focusing efforts on platforms and sources that are generating sales-qualified leads.
Not having this option seriously cripples any organization and important data is lost forever when the lead is converted. Leaving companies without any idea where their customers are coming from.
I don't see one reason why the source would not be carried to contact. We may need to ask for this feature

The Automations are really super limited, we could really benefit from more automation, right now only automation is set to task when new lead/contact is created and create a task when deal enters the stage. We really need more

It would be nice to have an option to set a trigger or automation which would create a new end-user from a comment text
For example, we have our own phone system and when we receive voicemails they get sent to our zendesk as email (ticket), we would like to have a trigger that would create a user from defined comment text. We would like to pull from the comment a defined text and use it as a trigger for automatic new user creation.
Example of the standard ticket we are dealing with:
"Voicemail from number: (xxx)xxx-xxxx
From: John Doe
Voicemail reads: Hi this is John Doe ...."
We would like to be able to create a trigger that would pull a name from comment and create an end-user (if other defined conditions are met)
Hopefully, other people need something similar and maybe can be possible to have this option one day.
