Is this upgrade required? Will it be pushed automatically in the future to all sites eventually? Trying to think ahead/plan. TIA!

My team agrees 100%. And we have noticed for the past two days, the layout of the edit article screen has been weird. The space the article takes up on the screen is much wider than normal and ever...
