In the Japanese environment, there are two "email addresses" in the duplicate check box.
I imagine that one of them is the "Address" field, but do you know which one is the address?
Or can I modify the display in the settings?

Used in Japan.
In Japan, names are generally displayed in the order of family name and first name.
I want Zendesk Sell to display in that order, but it doesn't seem to be possible.
( I am considering whether to create a full name field or import the family name into the first name and import the first name into the family name. )

不適切画像については、Zendeskに改善要望を送ったほうが良いと思いますよ。
いつ改善されるかはわかりませんが、世界中で困っているオペレーターの方が助かるかもです。
