We have emails for each agent on my company:

Karina is karina@ourcompany.com

Zach is zach@ourcompany.com

Hanna is hanna@ourcompany.com

Is there a way to make each of them as assignees whenever an email is directly sent to their emails (not as a response but as a new ticket)? 

We're Zendesk Support Lite. :)

I found this article about the subject which is very clear and easy to follow but didn't quite do the trick for me. 

I'd like to somehow be notified when I'm tagged on an internal note or when one is created on a ticket I'm following.

How do I go about doing that?
